Lana's Shop – Terms of Service

By ordering or commissioning from me (Lana), you're agreeing to these terms. Let's keep things smooth and fun ♡

1. General

  • All work is custom and made-to-order. Prices are estimates and may vary depending on the project's complexity.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Communication is mainly handled through Discord for the fastest response times.
  • Please remain reasonably responsive so projects can move forward smoothly.
  • No refunds are available once work has started unless I am unable to complete the project.

2. Payment Terms

50% upfront payment is required before any work begins.

The remaining 50% is collected after the final files, product, or project have been delivered.

No work will begin until the deposit has been received. This helps protect both the client and the creator.

3. Process & Revisions

  • After payment, a rough plan, sketch, draft, or prototype will be provided for approval.
  • 1–2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included.
  • Large changes beyond the original request may require an additional fee.
  • Turnaround times can range from a few days to several weeks depending on workload and project size.
  • Estimated completion times will be provided whenever possible.
  • Final delivery may include artwork files, source code, project archives, Roblox files, or other agreed deliverables.

4. Rights & Usage

  • Art Commissions: Personal use is included. Commercial use, resale, merchandise usage, or NFT usage requires separate permission and pricing.
  • Web Development, Bots & Software: Clients receive ownership of the final delivered files unless otherwise agreed.
  • Portfolio rights are retained, meaning completed work may be displayed as part of my portfolio unless confidentiality was specifically requested beforehand.

5. What I Won't Do

  • Hateful, discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Projects intended to violate platform rules or terms of service.
  • Massive enterprise-scale applications without extensive discussion and planning.
  • Anything I am not comfortable creating or supporting.

6. Liability

Delivered work is provided as-is. I am not responsible for future issues caused by third-party updates, hosting providers, platform changes, user modifications, or misuse of the delivered files.

If any issues arise, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to help whenever reasonably possible.
